The Fairbanks Symphony Association in partnership with the Fairbanks Arts Association’s FACE Committee (Fairbanks Arts and Cultural Education) presents periodic concerts of interest to children as an educational outreach.

The concerts are offered to all the public schools in the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District, private schools, and home school programs.

Reservations to attend the concerts are made through the Arts coordinators in the schools.  Information about the event will be sent to all schools in the Fall. 

Seats may be available for children who are not attending public or private schools, are not involved in a home school program, or whose affiliate group is not attending the performance.  This program is intended for children, and adults must be accompanied by a child.  There is a $5 admission fee.  Contact Rachael Kvaphil, Education Director for the Fairbanks Arts Association at 456-6485 (x226) to reserve seats. 

Adults without children who wish to attend the performance may come as volunteers.  Contact Rachael Kvaphil at 456-6485 (x226), prior to the performance, to volunteer to usher.
